We are excited to set up a delivery option to better serve our community and Step 2 is collecting household information, attached is the form that will record several key items. Please fill out contact person name, phone number, email address, delivery address, number of children and food food requested, delivery options if you are interested in getting delivery. Filling out the this form initially will set you up for when we start delivering. Please note the Mon,Wed, Fri delivery schedule is only the days we are delivering, you do NOT need to have food delivered on all three days. It is meant to provide more options for families, so if you would like 4 days worth of meals on Wednesday only that is perfectly fine. The form should be filled out weekly by Sunday evening, there is an option to make it a recurring delivery if you feel your needs will stay the same. The form is posted on our Food Service Website for easy access and also attached at the bottom of this message. This will be taking the place of our remote pick up option and we hope to have this service up and running very soon!
